By accessing and using the BorealVapes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Age Requirement

Our store policy prohibits sales of vaping or nicotine products to anyone under the legal age in their province or territory. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these products in your province or territory. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The store does not add tax at checkout. Current payment methods are Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin through BTCPay. Credit and debit card payments are currently unavailable.

5. Shipping

Our delivery policy requires a signature and government-issued photo ID confirming the recipient is of legal age to buy vaping products in their province. Parcels must not be left unattended. See the shipping policy for delivery conditions and estimated times.

6. Returns and Damaged Items

All sales are final. The store does not offer refunds or a change-of-mind return period. For any other question about a payment or an order, contact [email protected] and a team member will review it.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Any legally required remedy takes precedence over the store policy.
