Head to checkout and enter your shipping details. We ship across Canada with discreet packaging — no product names or logos on the outside. Choose standard or express shipping based on your needs.

Step 4.Send Interac e-Transfer

After placing your order, you'll receive payment instructions via email. Send an Interac e-Transfer to the provided email address with your order number as the memo. Payment is quick, secure, and fee-free for most Canadian banks.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely! All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The store does not add tax at checkout. Current payment methods are Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin through BTCPay. Credit and debit card payments are currently unavailable.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. The store does not offer refunds or a change-of-mind return period. For any other question about a payment or an order, contact [email protected] and a team member will review it. This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Any legally required remedy takes precedence over the store policy.

How old do I need to be to order?

You must be of legal age to buy vaping products in the province or territory you ship to: 18+ in AB, MB, QC; 21+ in PE; 19+ everywhere else. Our delivery policy requires a signature and government-issued photo ID confirming the recipient is of legal age to buy vaping products in their province. Parcels must not be left unattended.
